We believe in the magic of movement. Whether you’re strengthening your foundation while strengthening your core, or letting it all out while you let it all lose. Daily Yoga and Dance are a staple in our curriculum.

Guest Yoga Instructor: Alex Cobb

I began practicing Yoga in grade school, and my practice has been evolving ever since. During a tumultuous time of my life’s journey, I turned towards the spiritual wisdom of Yoga and seeded my aspiration to become a Yoga teacher. When I graduated from Middlebury College in 2020 I knew my education was only beginning. I completed a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training April of 2021. 

I teach Yoga to guide people towards knowing and feeling they are enough exactly as they are. I offer my inquisitiveness and open heart to people of all sizes, races, genders, sexuality, class, and dis/ability. I teach because liberation is possible and unconditional love is inherent in all beings. We exist in relationship, let’s heal together and open to the magic of life!
