​Over the past 30 years, I have professionally coached, moved (dancing freely is my sweet spot), and taught women to live life FULLY and on their own terms. I have dedicated my life to understanding what creates happiness and inner peace and supported others in doing the same. I am committed to creating a world where women can step into full acceptance of their power and live free of guilt and worry. My unique approach to healing and creating change will allow you to move towards action, self-compassion, and JOY!

On a personal level I have worked through many life challenges and learned that with support and compassion our struggles can become our strengths. I truly believe that life is about embracing it all and choosing joy. I hold certifications from numerous institutions including Harvard Medical School and a Master's in Education from UVM. Over the last 30 years I have devoted myself to my path as teacher and healer. Specializing in women’s issues and stress management through deepening our compassion for self and others.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: (ACT) teaches mindfulness skills to help individuals live and behave in ways consistent with personal values while developing psychological flexibility.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy: A unique aspect of (DBT) is its focus on acceptance of a patient's experience as a way for therapists to reassure them and balance the work needed to change negative behaviors.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy:(CBT) is a type of psycho-therapeutic treatment that helps patients understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behaviors.

Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating: (HAES) supports people of all sizes in addressing health directly by adopting healthy behaviors. It is an inclusive movement, recognizing that our social characteristics, are assets, and acknowledges and challenges the structural and systemic forces that impinge on living well.

Motional Processing Leadership Training: Sanctioned by ISMETA (International Somatic Movement Education Therapy Association) received certification from founder Dr. Alice Rutkowski. An arts-infused body-based practice which draws out our authenticity, our creativity, and our innate desire to form meaningful relationships.
